We are now looking for a Senior/Junior  PHP Developer 

 Job Summary:

The  backend developer will be required to work in an agile environment and should be able to develop database-driven web applications leveraging technology that includes but is not limited to PHP, Laravel framework, and MySQL. The candidate must be passionate about developing bug-free codes and Test-Driven Development (TDD). They will be part of a team responsible to develop server-side features, applications, and APIs. Their responsibilities include working with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prototyping, architecting, implementing/updating solutions, building and executing test plans, performing quality reviews, managing operations, and triaging and fixing issues. Being part of the agile development team, they must be able to adjust to constant business change; common types of changes include new requirements, evolving goals and strategies, and emerging technologies. As a backend developer, they will be required to interact, develop, engineer, and communicate collaboratively at a technical level with clients, vendors, partners, Project Managers, peers, technical owners, Architect, and businesses.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience developing database-driven websites using PHP programming language. Must have worked on the recent PHP versions.
• Experience with one or more of the PHP frameworks, Laravel (preferred).
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, MySQL. Knowledge of non-relational databases is an addon.
• Experience with creating and consuming Restful APIs.
• Experience writing unit test cases.
• Good understanding of writing clean codes considering scalability, performance, and security.
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting software.
• Proficient understanding of writing reusable components.
• Fluency in server-side scripting and advanced frameworks.
• Proficient with Version Control System, git.

Desirable

• Familiarity with Web markup languages including HTML5, CSS, and JS.
• Writing quality and bug-free codes.
• Action-oriented approach.
• Think customer-first.
• Should be able to meet changing requirements and shifting goalposts.
• A can-do attitude and a great team spirit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills. Happy to work in an international team.
• Hands-on experience developing complex, large-scale web technology products, is preferred.
• Collaborate with team, pair programming, and peer review. Should be willing to share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

• B.E./BTech/MCA or equivalent from a recognized university.
• 5+ years of experience working as a backend engineer.
