Qualifications & Experience

• 1-3 years experience in applications programming with ActionScript 3.0
• Full Time Graduates or Post Graduates in B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. in IT or Computer Science

Preferred Skills

• Motivated, self starter and creative thinker
• Proven ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Ability to debug, profile and optimize code (memory/speed) to maximize the capabilities of each platform
• Working knowledge of Information Architecture, Interface Design and layout.
• Sound knowledge in the following technologies: XML, Adobe Flash 8+
• Program in a methodical and structured manner
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Produce clean, maintainable, well-documented ActionScript 3.0 code in adherence to internal standards
  
• Analyze requirements, design, write, test and deploy highly functional code implementing OOP concepts
• Actively participate in team by making recommendations on how to improve product quality as well as group productivity
• Ensuring a problem free user experience through comprehensive front and back end maintenance
