* Asp.net Programmer

1.5 - 2.5 years experience in ASP.NET 1.1/2.0. Should have good knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS. Must have done minimum 2 projects in ASP.NET 2.0.C# more preferred than VB.NET. Experience in SQL Server and familiar with stored procedures. Experience in SQL Server 2005 is an added advantage.

* PHP Programmers

Candidates should possess strong development skills in PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache, Javascript, CSS and HTML with 1-2 years experience. Experience in programming using LAMP architecture and customizing various open source applications such as Joomla, Drupal, OsCommerce, Moodle, Zend Cart etc. and integration with payment gateways would be an added advantage.

* Senior Java Programmer

a) JAVA APPLICATION DEVELOPER: 1-2 years experience in Design & Development of Desktop applications using Core Java and Swing technologies. Very Good understanding of SWING MVC Architecture. Very Good Knowledge of Core Java, Swing and XML. Capable of writing Stored procedures using SQL Server. b) JAVA WEB DEVELOPER: 1-2 years experience in Design & Development of Web applications using JSP and Servlets technologies. Very Good understanding of MVC Architecture. Very Good Knowledge of Core Java, JSF, Struts Framework, Net beans, XML, MYSQL 5 and SQL Server.

* Action Script Programmer

Exposure to Action Scripting and Director Lingo. Should have good exposure to all graphic tools. Experience in Flash Communication Server and Flash Remoting would be an added advantage.

* Senior ASP Programmer

1-2 years of project experience in ASP/MSSQL, Java Script applications. Knowledge of Shopping Cart and database related sites desired. Should be capable of understanding, analyzing & modifying existing popular open source scripts.
