Qualifications & Experience

• 1-4 years experience in working with Core Java, J2EE
• Full Time Graduates or Post Graduates in B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. in IT or Computer Science

Preferred Skills

• Motivated, self starter and creative thinker
• Proven ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Ability to debug, profile and optimize code (memory/speed) to maximize the capabilities of each platform
• Working knowledge of Information Architecture, Interface Design and layout.
• Sound knowledge in the following technologies: Core Java, J2EE
• Knowledge about Application Server/ Web Server concepts
• Hands on experience with Java Gaming Concepts – Game designs and algorithm optimizations
• Experience in Application Servers – BEA Web logic, JBoss, IBM Websphere will be an added advantage.
• Program in a methodical and structured manner
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Produce clean, maintainable, well-documented code in adherence to internal standards, in Core Java, J2EE
• Analyze requirements, design, write, test and deploy highly functional code implementing OOP concepts
• Actively participate in team by making recommendations on how to improve product quality as well as group productivity
• Ensuring a problem free user experience through comprehensive front and back end maintenance
• Ensure completeness and quality of development work carried out throughout SDLC.
